Love Actually

I enjoy the book “Love Actually”. I think it is a very good book. The author described a lot of love story. The book contains almost all types of love: an unrequited love, an office romance, a love at first sight, and the plot of gay, and so on. In addition to the love, the book also contains family affection, friend's friendship, and so on. It is almost a loving of the encyclopedia.

      

My favorite character is the Prime Minister. First, the Prime Minister was professional. For example, when he found himself falling in loved in Natalie, and in order to his work, the Prime Minister asked the direct to fire Natalie. Second, the Prime Minister was brave. When the Prime Minister came across the United States President dallied with Natalie, he was very angry. At the news conference, the Prime Minister made an unusually speech. Third, the Prime Minister was calm. At the Christmas party, when they were suddenly in the public eye, the Prime Minister was very calm, they waved their hands, as if their kiss was part of program. In conclusion, my favorite character is the Prime Minister.

I enjoy the book, so I recommended the book for my friends. They all enjoy the book after they read.

My Favorite Game

 

My favorite game is the game of Go. When I was a child, I studied how to making the game of Go in a Go training classes every week. Today, I usually make Go with my friends in weekend.

The rules of Go are very simple, only with a very large space can win. Making Go is more complicated than the Chinese chess. Making Go a set of time often need to more than two hours. Making Go to the intellectual development of the human brain  is very helpful. Making Go to enhance a person is computing power, memory, thinking ability, and improving the ability to control.

Go is a puzzle game, originated more than 3000 years in China. It is said that the game of Go was invented by Yao, A great man in ancient China. Today, the population of making Go are more than tens of millions of people in Asia, there are many people making Go in Europe, North America, and other countries.

 

 

 

 

Advice to My Friend

To Jordan,

     Jordan, my dear friend, I hear you are going to come to Canada for the first time. I’m excited about we’ll meet in Calgary. Two months ago, I came to the University of Calgary to study English. I think I have a little experience.

    I will give my advice.  I hope that it may be used for you. First, you should bring some your favorite foods. In spite of there is a small Chinatown in Calgary, There are a few Chinese restaurants. And in those restaurants, their foods mainly are the south style of China. I know you are the north of China. I think you might not like here foods. My best advice you should cook for yourself. Second, you should study knowledge about polite in Canada. As you know, there are a lot of different polite than China. You must abide by all the rules in the Canada. Third, you should study English. People in Calgary use English to communicate. You have to speak English for shopping, asking, and talking. If your main purpose is to go to university, you'd better passed the IELTS test in China.

  I like to travel. I think everywhere has its beautiful places. We should travel to different places. We should look around different scenery. There is a proverb in China. “Life is like a travel, you don’t need to care about the destination, the important thing for you is the scenery on the way, and your mood to see the scenery.”  My favorite way to travel is to drive car.

 I enjoy driving car to travel. First, I enjoy driving car. I like driving. When I was teen, I drove the tractor in the fields to work and help my parents. After I grew up, I drive the car to travel and go to the company. Second, I think I am free to drive car for traveling. I can decide what time I drive or stop. I can decide which way I choose to go. I can decide where I will go. Third, I like awesome food. It is convenient to drive car for finding kinds of different food. For all these reasons, my favorite way to travel is by car.

               Protect Yourself Encounter Crime

Do you think Calgary is a safe city? Do you think Calgary is awesome? I stayed in Calgary almost two month. I have not seen a crime. The people here are very friendly and helpful. The city is awesome. I think Calgary is a safe city.

My hometown is Luoyang city, China. Luoyang city is amazing. It has a history of over three thousands of years. It’s a beautiful city. The people here are friendly and helpful. I lived in Luoyang city over twelve years. I have not seen a crime. Although I had seen about crime in the newspapers, I still think Luoyang city is a safe city.

What can you do to protect yourself from becoming a victim? First, you aren’t a hero. You shouldn’t wrestle with the criminals. I think yourself is the most important. Second, In order to protect your life, you should give to the criminals your money, your car, and so on. Third, when you are in safe, you should alarm to police as soon as possible. In conclusion, it is the most important to protect yourself.

Basketball---My Favorite Sport

     

I like many sports, such as playing soccer, playing table tennis, playing Go. I do some sports every week. I get some exercise by doing sports, and I have learned a lot of knowledge from sports.

My favorite sport is playing basketball. My favorite TV program is about basketball, especially the NBA game. I often watch NBA game to live on TV. I know many the NBA stars. Playing basketball requires speed, height and skills. My height is a little short, although I think that I have a certain speed and technology . My favorite position is guard, and I often play the position.

Playing basketball is a sport more than just exercising, It needs team work together. No one can play himself. A team should work together. I learn to cooperate with others in the game. I think that we need cooperate with others when we do anything. It likes playing basketball. I played basketball many years. I make many good friends from the game.

 

   I enjoy the game. It’s really amazing. In addition, playing basketball is my favorite sport.

I win $10 million

    

If I just win $10 million in the lottery. I’m very excited about having lots of money. First, I will give 50% money of the bill to charity. Why I give charity a part of the bill? Because I think that I win the bill isn't from my work, it is from lottery. I think that I am an adult, I can work, and I have salary. I think my salary is enough for my family. Second, I will save 30% money in a bank. I think that I don't know what will happen in the future, if I have $3 million in a bank, my family life maybe change better than we don't have this money when we meet trouble. We have another reason, my daughter has a plan to go to university in American, I think this is helpful for her. Third, I have $2 million, I will plan for a travel. My family will enjoy a great travel. My wife, my daughter and me, we want to travel all over the world. Before we don't have enough money and time, it only a plan. Now, we will travel all over the world. We are going to Egypt, we will visit the Pyramid, it has a long history and it is awesome. I very like study history. We want to go Brazil because there has the best football sports. We are like playing football. We will go to India because my wife is a holy Buddhist. I think she likes going to in environment of Buddhism. Then, we must have a trip to the United States because my daughter likes the culture of America and she wants to go New York City, Hawaii, and Los Angeles, and so on.

I will win $10 million in the lottery.
